The very first release on his own label, the ‘Roaming Lion EP’ is a glorious down-tempo groove with mixes by DJ Mitsu the Beats, C.O.N.E & Ballentyne offering up sumptuous interpretations of the walking poetry Colonel Red delivers. Lyrics like “We are the kings of our minds but our hearts must triumph if we are to pave the way”, comments on the need for faith in modern times while the title song cries out a hopeful & positive message “Divine light, hold tight and if you’re alright, we will take our time in this life sublime”.
